SPCWifi Information

St. Petersburg College maintains a collegewide wireless network accessible by students, staff, faculty, and guests. On April 2013, St. Petersburg College began the transition from Aruba Networks to Aerohive Networks. The college's new wireless solution provides a simple approach to accessing SPC's wireless network, SPCWifi.

Please review the headings below to find any documents to assist you with using the college wireless network. You must have a PDF reader installed to view PDF tutorials, and Adobe Flash in order to view demonstration videos.

General guidelines for connecting

I don't know what an operating system is, or what operating system I'm using.

An 'operating system' or 'OS' is a set of software which manages your computer's hardware and hosts common services for computer programs. Not all operating systems are alike, and certain features may not be avalible on all operating systems.

If you're having trouble determining which operating system you're using, it's likely best to call the technical support desk at 727-341-4357.
