This is the third of six levels in the Information Technology series. Incumbents design, write and maintain programs and custom applications critical to the business needs and operation of the College. Incumbents also troubleshoot application and data errors involving PeopleSoft HRMS, Personnel, Payroll, and Financial Data; and provide training and data system support to non-technical college personnel and system users. Incumbents will analyze requests and provide report and data, as needed; prepare process flow charts, program flow charts, and write documentation in support of data systems and processes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, accounting, mathematics or related field.
Experience:
Four (4) years experience working as a Programmer and/or Business Data Analyst.
*An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be acceptable in lieu of those requirements listed above.
