This class is the first of four levels in the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Support series. Incumbents plan, support, maintain, and update assigned systems and applications related to the college’s Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS). Responsibilities may include analyzing end user needs and maintaining certain aspects of the VDI systems, testing upgrades and patches; and preparing analytical and statistical reports all while providing extremely high levels of customer support (internal and external) and satisfaction.

Three years experience in area of responsibility or relatable field.
