Responsible for the coordination of baccalaureate program development activities, planning and budgeting.
Typical Essential Duties
This is the third of six levels in the Student Support Professional series. The classification is responsible for coordinating student services and activities in an assigned area. Incumbent responsibilities generally include providing direct student assistance; ensuring consistency and compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations or guidelines; coordinating services with other departments and outside agencies; developing and evaluating programs and services; coordinating and facilitating special events; and, developing marketing and promotion strategies. Incumbents may have formal supervisory responsibility over support and/or technical staff.
Requirements:
Education:
Master’s degree in a related field to assigned area.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in developing viability and/or feasibility studies applied to educational settings preferred. Experience with market research, project management and new program development also preferred. Experience in developing research or feasibility studies. Familiarity with the baccalaureate programs 3 county service area is preferred.
