Responsible for working with and supporting the Provost and Allstate Center Program Managers and Directors on all College business and administrative processes, as well as changes and implementation of new systems and procedures. These would include Budgeting, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, and Contracting functions in a Credit and Non-credit environment that supports grants and Fund 10 accounts. Supervises and directs employees in the Administrative Services office. Responsible for the overall efficiency, economy and effectiveness of business services and administrative functions.

Bachelor’s degree in business or in a related field to assigned area. Masters Degree / CPA preferred.
Five (5) years experience in higher education or public accounting. Prefer experience with the functional and/or technical requirements of financial enterprise systems (PeopleSoft preferred)

Experience:
Five (5) years progressive and responsible experience in accounting and management. Supervisory experience. Experience in systems implementation of applications or user equivalent. Experienced and skilled in software programs to include PeopleSoft and Excel.
