This is the first of four levels in the Museum series. Incumbents inspect, clean, and prepare artwork for conservation, storage and exhibition. Responsibilities may include matting, framing and hanging artwork; and maintaining paper and electronic records of art objects.
Requirements:
Education:
Associate's degree in art, art history, or a related field.
Experience:
Two years experience in art preparation.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be acceptable in lieu of those requirements listed above.
