This is the fourth of four levels in the Performance Operations series. Incumbents oversee and direct all operations of a Theater. Responsibilities include directing and overseeing all budget, facility, and community relations activities and strategies; which includes booking artists and performances, negotiating and coordinating contracts; determining staffing and other operation needs; and directing all marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Education:
Master's degree in theatre, business, or a related field.
Experience:
Over seven (7) years experience managing a performing arts venue.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be acceptable in lieu of those requirements listed above.
