Incumbents plan and implement fundraising functions that engage specific audiences and generate financial support for the organization. Primary responsibilities include donor cultivation, solicitation, management and investment. Other responsibilities may include planning and coordinating special events and activities; collecting/analyzing data and preparing reports; maintaining a record of activities; designing, writing, and editing a broad range of communications. Extensive travel within Tampa Bay area required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability and drive to work unsupervised. He/she will have demonstrable success in fundraising and be collaborative, strategic and results-oriented.

Bachelor's degree in a related field to assigned area.
Experience:
Three (3) years experience with a verifiable track record of successful major gift acquisition.
