This position primarily supports the college’s ERP system and related infrastructure. Incumbents must be knowledgeable in supporting the systems outlined below and duties will fall within an 80% technical knowledge/application use and a 20% providing direction and leadership to other systems administrators.

The Enterprise Systems Department serves and supports College and Division mission through investments into new Technology Systems, and by maintaining existing systems operational and in sync with user needs.
Incumbents are responsible for planning and implementing technical services operations including enterprise level applications, network infrastructure, telecommunications, technology support, help desk, and data center operations. Responsibilities include participating in the planning of college-wide systems, infrastructure and related technology items; managing daily project activities; participating in budget development and management; managing contracts/leases; and recommending policy and procedure modifications.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Six (6) years of experience in area of responsibility. Must have experience in implementing and upgrading PeopleSoft Applications. Four (4) years of experience in Windows server management and Oracle/SQL Server database management as an administrator, Experience at the programmer/analyst level is a plus. Experience must include extensive hands-on work with Windows server operating systems. Experience with server based antivirus software package is a plus.
