After graduating from St. Petersburg Junior College in 1991, I earned a BA in English at Eckerd College, then an MA in English at the University of South Florida before returning to SPJC as an adjunct instructor for two years. Despite leaving the teaching field for 12 years, I remained an active and professional writer before returning to adjunct English teaching at SPC in 2010.

On July 4, 2017, I self-published my first original fiction novel, Bloody Angel.

I am devoted to the goal of assisting students in developing the skills necessary to succeed and excel in English communication and writing.
