My academics interests are related to philosophy, ethics, humanities and religion. I have twelve years of full-time college teaching and nine years of part time experience in humanities, ethics, religion and philosophy. I love watching students learn. I believe that I learn as much each semester as my students learn. When teaching, I think of it as a journey that we take together.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, much of my leisure time included following open wheel racing and basketball. Still enjoy both today. I am married with three children. We love Florida and have lived here for twenty-one years.
