He holds a doctorate in health science specializing in telehealth, a master's of law in health law and compliance, a graduate certificate in clinical anatomy and neuroscience, and a bachelor's in health studies (pre-medicine). He has worked in various healthcare settings (e.g., health insurers, hospitals, vendor relations, etc.), while focusing on physician education, clinical documentation integrity, and fraud detection. Lastly, he holds six (6) industry credentials from associations suchs as Americal Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC),
