Nursing Experience:

During my 20 years as an LPN, I have worked in Cardiac Progressive Care at St Joseph Hospital and Mease Countryside, Home Health Care at Senior Home Care/ Kindred at Home, and agency work in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

After becoming an RN, I worked Pulmonary Progessive Care at Florida Hospital Tampa before joining Baycare again at Morton Plant Hospital on the Pulmonary unit and then transfered to the Observation Unit when it opened.

During my years in home care, I obtained my national wound care certification as a WTA-C.
While working on the observation unit, I obtained my CMSRN.

As your Instructor I will:

• Access this course throughout the semester, every work day from the first day of the course through the last day of the course.
• Provide you with updates via Course Mail or Announcements as needed
• Respond to all course mail and voice mail messages within 24 hours Monday through Friday and within 48 hours during the weekend.
       Note! Although I will try to check the course on the weekend, this is not a guarantee.
• Notify you in advance if I will be out of contact for more than two days.
• Have your assignments and exams graded within 7 business days of the due date.
• Calculate and enter your grade for this course before the submission deadline so you can view your final grade the next day.
