Welcome! My name is Dr. Jacqueline Frazer, I have my doctorates degree as a Neonatal Nurse Practioner. Teaching has always been my passion, so I am excited to be here with you!! My teaching philosophy is centered around the student where the environment around them is driving their learning. I also set high standards by promoting growth and mindesets among my students. 
Some fun things... I am an SPC alumni- I have my AA, ASN, and BSN from here. My graduate degree was earned at Creighton University. My husband and I met in the St. Petersburg area and have three boys together. They all love their sports! I also have 2 havanese dogs that are girls! My husband works in healthcare and is Navy reserve; I am an OIF veteran that started my healthcare career in the Army.
