Hello, I am Timothy Godcharles. I am born and raised in the St. Petersburg area. I attended Pinellas County Schools for K-12, St. Petersburg Junior College for an AA degree, University of South Florida (USF) for BA degree in Secondary Social Science Education 6-12, and also attended graduate school at USF where I earned a Master's in Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology.

I am an adjunct professor with the College of Comupter Information and Technology (CCIT), where I have taught CGS1100 Computer Applications for 15+ years.

Although I teach part-time for CCIT, my full-time position with SPC is as the Executive Director of Instructional Design, Education & Support (IDEAS). In this role, I oversee all asynchronous online course development, and all the professional development necessary for faculty to be able to teach or develop for online classes.

Prior to joining SPC, I taught middle school (6-8) social studies at Pinellas Park Middle School in Pinellas County Florida.

In my life outside of SPC, I enjoy studying Uechi Ryu Karate (2nd degree black belt), lifting weights, practicing yoga, riding my bike on the pinellas trail, surfing, and gardening.
