Nicolle Panuthos earned her Bachelors in Accounting from CUNY Baruch College in New York City and her MBA from the University of South Florida in Entrepreneurship & Marketing.

She has been working for SPC for 15+ years and during her tenure has served as adjunct faculty, academic department chair, CEO Club chapter advisor, full-time faculty and competition director.  In 2010 she launched and directed the Entrepreneurship Certificate Program along with the Annual Business Plan & Elevator Pitch Competition, both featured at the Seminole campus for over a decade. Currently she serves as the Entrepreneurship Faculty in the College of Business and on the Seminole Chamber Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development Committee. 

She has over 25 years industry and entrepreneurial experience specializing in financial services, marketing and consultancy for small businesses in launch and growth phases.  Her active engagement in the Tampa Bay entrepreneurial community has brought network opportunities and over $100,000 in funding to the SPC students who have participated in the annual competition.
