Athanasios Poulakidas is an Associate Attorney with Brown & Associates Law & Title, P.A. His practice areas include real estate law with an emphasis on litigation, negotiating commercial and residential leases, contract disputes, estate planning, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Poulakidas received his B.A.S., in Paralegal Studies from St. Petersburg College and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law.

During his time at the FSU College of Law, Mr. Poulakidas served as a Student Attorney with the Family Law Clinic of the FSU Public Interest Law Center; volunteered with Legal Services of North Florida; served as a Law Clerk with the Consumer Finance Division of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation; studied abroad at Oxford University; and served as the Executive Editor of the FSU Journal of Transnational Law & Policy.

Mr. Poulakidas is an advocate of interactive learning and promotes a comfortable learning environment where students can participate in discussion, debate, and collectively analyze subject matter.

Having attended St. Petersburg College as student, SPC is truly a special place for Mr. Poulakidas.
