Crystal L. Pruitt is a Florida native and serves as a Senior Public Engagement Manager at Duke Energy, where she leads community outreach on major infrastructure projects across the region. She brings extensive experience in public engagement, strategic communications, and media relations, having served county governments and public sector organizations for more than 15 years.

A graduate of Eckerd College with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Crystal is deeply committed to mentoring new business owners and professionals on building personal brands and implementing effective marketing strategies.

She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and The Links, Incorporated, and remains passionate about advancing youth leadership and supporting economic development initiatives that strengthen her community.
