Professor Melvin Shepard Jr. born in the great city of Tampa, FL July 27, 1980 (Go Bucs). I'm married with five children while being blessed with a big family I returned to school(working 2 jobs) and earned a BS in Human Services and a Masters in Organizational Leadership & Management, and now I'm working on my Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership. I idolizes and models my character after great servant leaders like Dr. King, President Obama, and my favorite example is Jesus Christ. I have dedicated my life to working with at-risk and underserved populations of all ages. I have a overwhelming passion for education and take pride in being a remarkable teacher, I believes with hard work, and faith nothing can stand in the way of your dreams.

Fun Fact: Professor Shepard was some how voted class clown and most likely to succeed the same year.
