BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

In addition to teaching with SPC, I am a full time English and Dual Enrollment Instructor at Pinellas Park High School and continue to grow as an educator, mentor, tutor and person on a daily basis. Teaching and my family keep me pretty busy, but in my free time, I love everything outdoors especially being on the water and camping. I also volunteer with Old Salt's Fishing Foundation which coordinates and hosts local fishing tournaments that benefit local charities.

MISSION STATEMENT

My goal as an educator is to best prepare students for success and independent life-long learning. Through best practices and engaging learning strategies, I aim to prepare students to succeed as well as enhance the creativity and power of voice. Through the study of literature and the application and discussion of literature and composition, I aim at providing my students the knowledge and skills necessary to communicate and be heard in a diverse society.
