Third Party Evaluation Services
The College’s RFP #08-11-19 to provide Third Party Evaluation Services and assist the College in supporting the Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Campus Suicide Prevention Grant through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) was posted to the St. Petersburg College Purchasing website and emailing directly to 36 separate vendors.
By March 18th at 2:00 PM, the RFP deadline, the College received 3 proposal responses, and 3 No Bid notices.
On March 18th at 2:01 PM the bid responses were opened by Thomas Russell, Director of Purchasing, and recorded by Kimberly Morrow, Senior Administrative Specialist. After confirming that all bid responses met the proposal requirements, they were uploaded to OneDrive and shared with the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee consisted of 3 members.
Based on the cumulative scores of the Selection Committee, the College intends to enter into an agreement with Siegel Statistical Consulting and Software Services. They received a cumulative total of 273 points out of a possible 300.

NOTE: Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time period.
