No. 13-19-20 for
Student Health & Wellness Assistance Program
The College’s RFP#13-19-20 for Student Health & Wellness Assistance Program was issued on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 2:00 pm by posting on the St. Petersburg College Purchasing website, posting on the Florida Supplier Diversity website, and emailing directly to six separate vendors.
There were four addenda issued on this project.
Addendum 1 consisted of answers to questions submitted. The addendum was sent to the vendor contact list as well as posted on the College’s Purchasing website. The addendum was issued on June 19, 2020.
Addendum 2 was issued on June 23, 2020 to extend the RFP deadline to July 9, 2020 at noon.
By Thursday, July 9, 2020, the RFP deadline, the College received four proposals. Three proposals were accepted. One proposal was rejected due to lack of required documentation.
On July 9, 2020, the bid response were opened by Thomas Russell, Director of Purchasing. After confirming that three bid responses met the proposal requirements, they were distributed electronically to the Selection Committee.
Addendum 3 was issued on July 24, 2020 to announce the two shortlisted firms: Mantra Health and META Teletherapy.
Addendum 4 was issued on August 4, 2020 to provide the link to finalist presentations.
The shortlisted firms presented their proposals to the selection committee on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 via Zoom. After the completion of presentations, the committee voted 3 to 2 to recommend Mantra Health to Vice-President of Student Affairs.

NOTE: Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time period.
