I earned my Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology at the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Florida. Previously I have worked in industry for a small pharmaceutical company and have done laboratory research studying the aging brain and liver metabolism.

I enjoy science, college football and bowling!
