Educational Background: I am a graduate of St. Petersburg College with my AA and Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership. I obtained my Master of Arts in Communication from Marist College and am currently ABD in my PhD program in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. I have a passion for Public Speaking and love the concept of effective communication. Throughout my time as a student at SPC, I was very involved with campus activities including Student Government, Relay for Life, and the Medical Club, and encourage all students to become involved with their college.

Teaching Philosophy: Operationalizing concepts of growth and empowerment supports students in their academic adventures to achieve their educational goals. Individualizing one’s educational journey by encouraging the utilizing of campus resources allows students to build strength and commitment to academic engagement and personal development. A philosophy focused on building students, fosters a foundation for critical thinking and independent growth. An engaging teaching philosophy creates a safe learning environment to grow individually and educationally.

Personal Interests: I am a member of the Second Time Arounders Marching Band and enjoy spending time with my three adorable nephews.
