Dr. Jenice Armstead is a United States Navy veteran, author and professor.  With over 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sector, Dr. Armstead’s expertise includes: strategic business management, human resources development and government policies.  She understands the significance of human capital value for organizational growth and development.  She has a MBA with a Concentration in Human Resources from Saint Leo University and earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on federal job classifications from Jones International University.
