My name is Adriana Baiocco and I am a poly-lingual professional with training and experience as an educator originally from Brazil. I immigrated to the USA in 2008 with my husband who is an American citizen. While in Brazil, I taught English as a second language (ESL) and Portuguese for foreigners for many years both privately and at the university level. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from University of Parana, Brazil - UNIPAR (2003) and a Master Degree in English and Literature from Santa Catarina Federal University - UFSC (2006) in Florianopolis, Brazil. UFSC is a Federal University where I earned my master degree in English then taught at the University as well as grade school. Besides my work at the University, I worked also as a private teacher, interpreter, and cultural consultant. Additionally, I taught English as a second Language for specific business purposes and also Portuguese for foreigners working or traveling within Brazil enabling these students to have a more rewarding and profitable experience while in Brazil.
