Angela Tufts
I love the field of early childhood and have been privileged to work in it for 25 years. I began my career as a classroom teacher, of twos. Through the years, I taught three's and fours as well. Through a wonderful set of circumstances I was able to later purchase the school that I worked in. I spent the next 18 years there as an owner/director. In 2010, I was ready for a change and went to work for the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas as an Infant/Toddler Specialist. I still work there and am currently employed as the Supervisor of Professional Development. I also work as a part-time ECE instructor at Pinellas Technical College and Saint Petersburg College.
I hold a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Curriculum and Instruction from USF and a B.S. in Educational Studies from SPC. I have many fond memories of my time at Saint Petersburg College and it is a dream come true to now be teaching here!
